All casino and slot games on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every spin, card draw, and dice roll produces a genuinely independent and unpredictable result. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and cannot be modified by Konjo Bet. Game results are final once confirmed by the platform.
Live casino games are operated by professional dealers and broadcast in real time. Once a betting round has closed and the result has been determined by the dealer, that result is final. Technical issues on your end — such as a lost internet connection — do not invalidate a completed round. If a technical fault occurs on the platform's side during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes refunded at Konjo Bet's discretion.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event as confirmed by the recognised governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket and the ICC for international fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, affected bets will be settled according to our sports betting rules, which are published separately in the betting section of the Platform.
PSL, T20 international, ODI, and Test match markets are our primary Cricket offering. Football and esports markets are also available and follow the same settlement principles based on official governing body results.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Konjo Bet and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of balances, and potential permanent ban:
Konjo Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable belief that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform or other players.
In the event of account suspension pending investigation, access to your balance may be temporarily frozen. Once an investigation concludes, if no breach is confirmed, your account and balance will be restored in full. If a breach is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are in progress.
All content on the Konjo Bet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, and written content — is the property of Konjo Bet or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Game content, including slot graphics, live casino streams, and sports data feeds, is provided under licence from third-party providers. Any unauthorised capture, redistribution, or commercial use of this content is prohibited and may constitute a breach of third-party intellectual property rights.
